Common tasks

1. Switch between mail, calendar and contacts

   Use the utilities bar: on the left on desktop, at the bottom on a phone. Each one opens in the same window.

2. Open a folder

   Choose Inbox, Outbox, Trash, or any of your folders and labels from the sidebar. Drag messages onto a folder to move them.

3. Read a message

   Select a message in the list to see it in the preview. Collapse the preview, or open the full message view.

4. Jump anywhere with the command palette

   Press Ctrl+K, then type to go to a folder, open Calendar, Contacts or Akera Intelligence, start a new message or event, or switch the theme.

What to know

• The header includes account switching, search, theme selection, and common actions.
• The utilities bar (left on desktop, bottom on mobile) opens Mail, Calendar, and Contacts in the same window.
• The sidebar lists inbox, outbox, trash, and your folders and labels. Drag messages to move them.
• The mail pane shows a list and preview. Collapse the preview or open a full message view.
• On mobile, a condensed toolbar and message preview match the desktop layout.
